Protennislesson Policy 🙋‍♂️

Protennislesson charges for all services at the time of booking and operates on a strict 24 hour cancellation policy

Refunds or credits will not be issued for cancellations made outside the 24 hours of the scheduled start time, including no shows

Customers who cancel lesson/clinic outside the 24 hour window will be not issued credit.

Refunds are only applicable on private lessons, for clinics there is no refunds only credits.

Credits expire 1 year from the date of original purchase

To book lessons and clinics, clients must create a CourtReserve account and place a valid credit/debit card on file. All payment processing is done securely through CourtReserve.

Credit/debit card transactions only. Cash is not accepted. 

Rain Policy: forecast changes every hour, final decision will be made 2 hours before the lesson or clinic.

There is additional fee for using the Courtreserve Portal.
