Clinic Reschedule Policy
We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. If you are unable to attend a clinic you’ve registered for, you may reschedule your session under the following policy:

Reschedules must be made in 24hr advance of the clinic start time via Call, Text or Email.

Make-up clinics can be rescheduled for another session within 2 months of the original clinic date.

Only allow to reschedule 2 classes.

After the 2-month window, the credit for the missed clinic will expire and cannot be transferred or refunded.
